8/3/2023 update

• Added new vfx whenever a powerup is active, this way you can tell more easily when you do and dont have a powerup
• Added a special freeze effect to space bar

This effect lasts 4 seconds, and gives u time to reposition if you are getting swarmed or overwhelmed by enemies. May add more abilities like this in the future, this is just me experimenting. This ability has a 30 second cd (ping me if this doesnt work, i didnt have time to test the cd part of it)
